This document governs your use of the betsat platform. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a betsat account you confirm your acceptance of these terms in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betsat ("betsat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at betsat.im. These Terms apply to all services offered by betsat including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, promotional bonuses, and any other gaming products made available through the betsat platform.
By accessing betsat.im, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the betsat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the betsat platform.
betsat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, betsat will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
Important: betsat is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves risk. These Terms are designed to protect all parties and to ensure fair, transparent, and responsible play. Players are encouraged to read every section before placing their first bet.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age Requirement
The betsat platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. betsat enforces age verification through its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Registration Requirements
To register a betsat account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. betsat reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided at any time.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or bot).
- You may hold only one betsat account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.
- You must not register using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
- betsat accounts are personal and non-transferable.
KYC Verification
Before processing your first withdrawal, betsat requires all players to complete a KYC identity verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. betsat may also request proof of address or proof of payment method at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Restricted Territories
betsat does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the betsat platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. betsat accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the platform.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betsat account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to use your account, or access another player's account under any circumstances.
betsat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify betsat immediately by contacting [email protected]. betsat reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
Security Notice: betsat will never ask for your full password by email, phone, or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your betsat password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
betsat currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

All transactions are processed in BDT. betsat does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which betsat accepts no responsibility.
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your betsat balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. betsat does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the betsat account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. betsat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Processing times may vary by payment method but betsat endeavours to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
- betsat reserves the right to apply additional checks to large withdrawal requests.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable (see Section 6).
Chargebacks and Reversals
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider in respect of a betsat deposit is a serious breach of these Terms. betsat reserves the right to recover any funds subject to a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, to close the relevant account, and to withhold any pending winnings pending investigation. All instances of suspected payment fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on betsat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These game-specific rules are available within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail in respect of the relevant game or market.
Sports Betting
betsat offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at that time are fixed unless betsat determines that a bet was accepted in error (for example, due to a technical fault or an obvious pricing error). betsat reserves the right to void bets accepted as a result of a manifest error. All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body.
Live Casino and Table Games
Live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, teen patti, andar bahar, and dragon tiger are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface. betsat is not responsible for interruptions or disconnections during live games caused by the player's internet connection. Where a technical disruption on betsat's side affects a live game round, the round will be settled in accordance with the provider's standard dispute resolution procedure.
Slots and RNG Games
Slot games and other random number generator (RNG) based games on betsat use certified RNG engines audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is available within the game information panel. betsat does not guarantee any minimum return to any individual player over any session. Results of each spin are independent of all previous and future results.
Void Bets: betsat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any other activity that betsat considers to constitute unfair play.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
betsat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is claimed. The following general bonus terms apply to all betsat promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
Welcome Bonus
New betsat players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request will be approved in respect of those funds. betsat reserves the right to amend wagering requirements for existing bonuses with reasonable notice.
- Wagering contributions may vary by game type. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate to slots.
- Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided do not count toward wagering requirements.
- betsat reserves the right to remove bonus funds from accounts where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified validity period.
Bonus Validity
Unless specified otherwise, bonus funds must be used within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any bonus funds remaining unused after the validity period will be forfeited without compensation. Promotional offers are time-limited and betsat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed.
7. Responsible Gaming Obligations
betsat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes all reasonable steps to prevent problem gambling and underage gambling on its platform. As a betsat player, you accept the following obligations and acknowledge the following tools available to you.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period by contacting betsat support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, betsat will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
Deposit Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly within their betsat account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into effect. betsat reserves the right to decline any deposit limit increase request where it has concerns about that player's gaming behaviour.
Session Time Limits and Reminders
betsat provides session time reminders that notify players when a pre-set session duration has been reached. Players may configure session reminders within their account settings at any time. betsat encourages all players to make use of these tools as part of a healthy approach to online gaming.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betsat platform. betsat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account of any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities, and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
Prohibited Activities
- Creating more than one betsat account per person.
- Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or criminal means.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other corruption of sporting events.
- Abusing betsat bonuses by creating multiple accounts or circumventing bonus eligibility rules.
- Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering or that violates anti-money laundering laws.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing betsat staff or other players.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the betsat platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, game content, and the overall look and feel of the site, is the property of betsat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betsat platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the betsat platform without the prior written consent of betsat. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any content from the betsat platform is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betsat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the betsat platform, regardless of the cause.
betsat's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to betsat in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Important: betsat provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betsat takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and occasional unplanned outages may occur.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
betsat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at betsat.im/privacy-policy. By registering a betsat account you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy. betsat uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — to send promotional communications. betsat does not sell your personal data to third parties.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betsat platform, you should contact betsat's customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. betsat will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. betsat does not waive any right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms
betsat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where betsat makes a material change to these Terms, betsat will publish the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the betsat platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the betsat platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account subject to the applicable withdrawal rules and KYC requirements.
14. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your betsat account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to the satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
betsat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where betsat suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, betsat may withhold any balance pending the outcome of its investigation.
